Chocolate Products: During the warmer months of the year we only offer priority mail or flat rate shipping for all of our chocolate-based products.

Ash Creek only ships orders Monday through Wednesday in order to make sure that your product is as fresh as it can possibly be. All orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.

We do ship internationally, but due to import taxes and tariffs the shipping cost will be much higher than domestic shipping costs.

Ash Creek is not responsible for any incorrect data entered into customers shipping information.Ash Creek is not responsible for any damage to the product once the product has reached the end customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to have someone present to receive and secure the product upon delivery. Please make sure that during the warmer months the package is quickly secured and refrigerated so that you can best enjoy our products!

Due to our products being seasonal and farm produced, all sales are final. If your product is damaged during transport please contact us as we want to make things right.
